Verified this issue on other systems. The handle server does not start.
Replacing the dsrun script with the dsrun script from the 1.6.0 release is
being used as a temporary workaround and appears to correct the problem.
Would like suggestions on a more appropriate fix that integrates with the
"dspace" launcher command.
