I initially uploaded some modified 'dspace' and 'start-handle-server' scripts,
but there were additional problems getting these to work (more ScriptLauncher
testing needed)
For now, I am attaching the 1.6.0 version of the "dsrun" script. This is the
solution Keith first proposed, and I can confirm that it is tested and working
on a production server running a handle system.
It might not be the ideal longterm solution, but until others have been tested,
the urgency of this bug means we need a reliable fix/workaround for people.
