HI Ivan,
I did save the service document that I received. I tried opening with chrome
and it gave me an encoding error. Then I tried adding various encoding
declarations until it would open in chrome without giving me an encoding error
and stopping display at the diacritical. The one that worked was ISO.
I will attach my file. Just note that the encoding stuff at the top is what I
added.
Are you able to view a service document with diacriticals in the browser?
