I currently noticed what seems to be inconsistent behaviour on demo.dspace.org.
When logged in as an administrator, I don't see the "blue lock" symbol on item
pages.
However, it DOES appear when starting the creation of a new version. The
screenshot "start of a new version" appears just after giving the reason for
creation of a new version.
