Thanks, please send both the 1.8 and 3.0 version of Messages_tr.properties.
You can send me the UTF-8 files and I'll run native2ascii on them or you can do
that yourself. DSpace needs these files in ASCII to display them correctly, so
run native2ascii on them before you check them on a running system.
