Dear Masár,
I converted the DSpace 1.8x and 3X Message.proparties files to UTF8 and chanced
the ASCII codes to Turkish special letters in the files. You can download the
files from http://library.dogus.edu.tr/belgeler/MP_18X_3X_UTF8.rar .
