That's actually one of the things I tried (added both to pom.xml and
dspace/pom.xml), it didn't help.
The way you can test it is to add non-ASCII UTF-8 characters to dspace.name in
build.properties, run mvn package and look at dspace.name in dspace.cfg in the
target directory. Maybe I'm just missing something.
