Keep in mind I have no Debian so I need a ftp or http download link to the deb file and not just a repository to add into apt-get.
DSPAM should create the directory structure below DSPAM_HOME by itself. It's in no way practical to let you do that and you should not need to do that. Can you please, please, please post main.cf, master.cf, dspam.conf and all the other configuration files you have there? Not just part of it. ALL.
