You can download the i386 package from
ftp://ftp.debian.org/debian/pool/main/d/dspam/dspam_3.6.8-9_i386.deb

This is only the dspam "core" package, see the directory tree for other
packages (you should take the 3.6.8-9 packages which are the one
currently in stable)
