The bug is more of an aid to keep the problem on the radar, I don't expect the
Gentoo devs to act upon it unless they see the potential damage to be serious
enough - which is not the case. Their call.

I'm working on a few ebuilds in Sunrise and Prefix myself and don't have enough
lifetime to lay hands on every broken piece in Gentoo. But I try to at least
point at such problems. I know that the "fix it yourself" rap is popular, but
personally, I'm also glad if others tell me where my code misbehaves.

I know that it's not really a bug, but it's IMHO still a more serious problem
since mails can get permanently and silently lost which tends to make people
really angry.
