Just tried it. It makes a short key press beep, then almost immediately a second short beep, and then about 2 seconds later when it writes the received call sign, a third short beep, all the same pitch. Be careful, Ray - it is easy to put the radio in Call Sign Squelch or DCS if you make a short key press.
