My suggestion at this point would be look at the router. Similar problems with the guys in Temple occurred every time they connected to another gateway or a reflector. Finely the router bit the dust. With the bandwidth you are talking about this should NOT occur at all. So, look at the router or replace it, then talk with Dallas Trusted Server guys.
