Thanks for the summary.

Does the manual make it sound like it's a true full-duplex dual- 
bander, or able to receive more than one DV signal at a time?

Those are features I've been watching for in the product line... HT's  
or Mobiles...

I think the "wishful thinking" of a "slightly over $300" price point  
on this list is probably impossible, considering the current Japan/US  
monetary trade rates.  But we'll see.
