Hmmmmm, JF1CXH made a call from his ID91 around 13:. I was on K5CTX C that was (unknown to me) linked to REF001C. I captured Toshi's call and replied. Toshi heard me on his DV Dongle but on over RF. I tried 2 or 3 times with no success reaching Toshi's radio. Next I changed to UR=JP1YIQA and all went well.
Toshi is registered in the GW system showing JP1YIQA as his area repeater.
