Unless the degree of communication between the JA Trust server and the 
US Trust server has changed, how does the US trust server know when the 
JA user makes a change ?  In the past only the JA Gateways with static 
IP addresses (? maybe) were in the US data base.  Unless there is some 
kind of expanded tie in between the JA trust server and the US trust 
server that is being kept hush-hush, I don't see how this is happening.  
I don't see how users in JA can cause changes in the US data base with 
the present configuration as it is made known.  Else I may be terribly 
mis-informed on how the system operates.
