I only occasionally use scan, as I find that wonky repeaters, QSOs I'm not interested in monitoring, and with my 91AD, a birdie on one frequency all make scanning a bit more tedious than I would like it to be. I occasionally use scan, if everything is quiet, but usually just monitor one analog and one D-STAR frequency. >I have our 900 mhz ham repeaters programed in also, so I can monitor >if needed . > >More HAMS should read the manual instead of arguing what it will do >and not do. RTFM is definitely recommended with the newer radios! :D 73 de VK3JED / VK3IRL http://vkradio.com
