Can anyone advise if the BC-177 DESKTOP CHARGER (for the IC92) can charge the radio battery while the radio is turned on in the charger (receiving, not transmitting)?
My 91AD with BC139 desktop charger is incapable of doing both - even when using the wall charger (this is really a "WTF"....). The radio just heats up when using the wall charger when on (RX only). Greg N6LDJ
