I am reviewing my computer situation and want to create a stand-alone computer running linux with an 'open-source' browser with VPN and SSL capabilities that will be simple, stable and most important of all, secure.
I have been considering Debian and Suse. Debian being more flexible but possibly less user-friendly for a 'nearly-novice'. Can anyone point me in the right direction?
