Lemme guess. Apart from the experience, skills, blah, a 35 year old has
lots of personal responsibilites. He wouldn't think of changing jobs
more often, and would take his job more seriously. Not true for a 24-28
year old guy, who thinks job hopping is as fashionable as Hilfiger :)
