I think an ad like that would be illegal in California! I'm fairly sure
that referring to a specific age would be illegal in the UK.
Of course, that's not to say that employers then don't hire the person
in the age group they want.
I'll never forget, five years ago, reading a job advert asking for ten
years' Java and XML experience.
