Hi: Here is the URL. I have 3 duo docks and have repaired the power
supply in all 3. This is a difficult repair. At Radio Shack, get
the C28 part, and also get a small roll of copper mesh to suck up
solder. You need a variable speed drill to drill out the Pop Rivets,
and a Pop rivet gun to put new ones in when you are finished to make
it a professional looking repair (otherwise use sheet metal screws).
I felt really dumb, as it took me awhile to take everything apart
(use static control grounding) and then couldn't get the power supply
out. You have to press a plastic piece to pop it out. When done
with the repair, (if you are able to stuff it all back together into
the power supply box, Plug it in to make sure it won't blow up
(smoke) before you reassemble the Duo Dock

This is a very nice description of the repair.
I would also be willing to respond to questions (from memory) about
doing the repair.
