As I replied in another message, I have model M1812, and it will charge only
Type I. I've just verified with the dead Type I I have and the LED on the
recharger just turned yellow as soon as I put the battery in. It just
ignores the Type III and the Type IV I have, not even a red LED.
Like I said, I think I was misled by the seller who claimed it was
compatible with all Duos, when it's clearly not, since at least the 280,
280c and the 2300c are all using Type III by default.
