It doesn't sound like it's functioning properly. I suppose you don't have
any other type battery to test in it huh? Either way, it does not work for
you so you should get your money back. That or negative feedback if you
don't get some satisfaction (try to resolve it with the seller first of
course). If the sellers ad claims compatibility then they are at fault.
