Try it on another Duo if you can, but be firm. If its advertized as 
36 megs, it better well be. Tough shit for the seller. If the item is 
not as advertized (if you know for sure it is not 36 MB), then back 
it goes.  Is there some sort of RAM utility you can try on it ?
