The best utility is you. Sit down in front of each of them and put
them through identical paces, then see which one feels better to you.
Play an MP3 while connected to the net and scroll around a big page
in a web browser, type in your favourite bloated word processor, etc.
No benchmark utility can give you a useful indication of how well
either machine can do the things that you'll want it to. That would
pretty much entail solving the AI problem. ;)
