That may be an indication that the battery you are trying to
recondition doesnt want to play nice and may be fast running out of
life.
There are several versions of Battery Recondition (1.2, 1.? and 1.5)
Someone had mentioned that they thought the version you use is
determined by the battery type you are trying to recondition. Not
sure on my part.
