It is quite normal to get a GLOD after such an operation. Just keep trying
Power Manager Resets with AC connected. Push reset button for 60 sec.

I doubt very much it is fried and don't send it anywhere until you've
exhausted well posted remedies. I respond because I see you're in a panic.
