DT&T were very good at diagnosing my green light and popping in the new hard drive.
They were also trying to fix the PCMICA card cage (the cards read but would not
eject) and, although they claimed they replaced the cage it still did not work when I
got it back. Over the phone, however, we split the difference and they are giving me
a part credit for that part of the job. I was in CA for a brief time, so I could not
send it back to them to re-service. I found them good, friendly, and quick. Send them
an email asking for an estimate on a motherboard or a hd, depending on what they find
wrong.
