Almost, There 'WAS' a device, made by Cabletron that converted scsi to
Ethernet but I think it is now discontinued. as far as I know, the
only way to use the ADB would be to use another Mac as a bridge (ie
ADB from notebook to desktop Mac then via a Ethernet card to your
network) it would probably be much less hassle to use a duo dock.
