Gee I had that same problem with a SW2400 color printer! I assume you tried to
reinstall the software with no difference! Re-set the ports ect...
I solved the problem by taken the printer to my patio and letting it drop! A 10 story
drop solved the problem I then hooked the Duo to a HP Laser 4M '''Problem solved!
Maybe bit extream but I was feeling a little cranky!
