I agree with this, and it's best to state in your description what the
shipping cost is. I have moved on when the seller didn't state the shipping
costs and it was near the close of the auction.
If you believe your parcel's total weight will be very high, tell foreigners
not to bid. Very often the cost of shipping overseas is onerous. You can
