I use Fidalgo Networks, a little mom&pop ISP based in Mount Vernon.
<http://www.fidalgo.net> I don't if they have POPs in your area (I
live in the stilliguamish foothills in far north Snohomish county)
but I know they cover from north Seattle to the canadian border,
including Island & San Juan counties.
When I lived in Seattle proper I used Ricochet
<http://www.ricochet.net> Not *cheap* but certainly worth every
penny. For the last 3 years I have been living 11 air miles outside
their coverage area, and given their financial condition I doubt that
they'll ever extend it. =(
You do not need a 'mac-specific' ISP, since virtually all dial-up
uses PPP as a standard, including Macs.
