No, not any. 

Telocity provides me with one hour free dial-up per month via a toll free
number. That's it. After that it's 10 cents per minute. Although they were
just recently bought out by Direct TV so perhaps the policy will change...
but I doubt it.

BTW, I read ALL fine print before signing anything. I can't imagine anyone
not reading it considering what just about every company is willing to do
with the info they glean from you. I don't even sign up for contests or free
stuff without checking the privacy notice and/or rules. It's probably what
has kept me from getting more than 1 or 2 spam emails a month between all 5
of my email accounts.
