For the long run, you might want to put the Apple CD-ROM on ID3
and move the burner to another ID. My reasoning is that 3 is
Apple's default for the CD-ROM and I believe that in some cases
(booting from a CD?) it may be hard coded somewhere. Or at least
keep it in the back of your mind in case you ever run into trouble.

This will most certainly fail unless the CD-ROM is fast enough.
I haven't tried it in a while, but back in the day of 4x CD-ROMS
it didn't work.
