I don't mean to start a long thread on overclocking G3's here on the 2400 list, but my brother overclocked both of his 233 beige G3's. He got'em to boot at around 292, but the boxes were not stable. He backed 'em off to 270 and ran 'em both for a couple of years without any problems. I'd agree that you could get 300 or so out of a 266 box.
