That's what I got, after I sent the URL to the person who wanted
the service manual. He was able to download it, though, so keep trying.

Using web browser it required password. With Transmit 1.6 ftp app it gave me
some trouble at first when I pasted the url in, but after a couple tries the
manual downloaded.
