My paranoia is *not* invented. As an ex-Apple employee I can tell you that Apple
takes their internal service manuals *very* seriously. Whenever they start getting
large amounts of hits they modify the addresses and then pursue legal action against
the downloaders of said manuals. They are *not* available on a public server.
Ever. The links posted are stolen "backdoor" links that some people host to point
you at the manuals. People like Gamba and Mike F. (Traffictrak.com) have been busted
for posting these links. This is no joke.
I *am* an Apple "Support Professional" and I get memo's from time to time regarding
the links. Believe me if you want. If you don't then take your medicine when you
get it. I have been using Mac's since 1986, and I have been an Apple Certified
Technician (aka A.S.E.) since 1991. This is a recurring event. You must be new to
it.
