Good story :) With three years of tech support experience under my belt I 
have nearly endless stories.

Probably my favorite, though, was the call where someone ripped every chip 
off his motherboard and cards and called me asking how to get it working 
again (I did internet support, wasn't my dept). Fortunately it was a 
Compaq, not a Mac, so no big loss ;)

Another good one was the guy who called me while in the bathtub with a 
laptop. He fumbled it and dropped it in the water ;)
