I'm in digest mode now so I just got around to looking at past issues and saw this one. I'm surprised nobody chimed in about the following. Now I'm certainly not calling anybody a bonehead ;^) At approximately the center of the left side of the DuoDock, as you sit in front of it (I think it's left but I'm not in front of my dock at the moment to confirm this), there is a small hole. This is for the manual release should you Dock ever loose power (or crap out). Just slip the DuoDock key in and push. The Duo will then just slip out a bit. Since it's likely that the key is long gone, a small, flat-blade screwdriver will work too. It's just like ejecting a stuck floppy or CD. -Mark ---------- Duo/2400 List, The friendliest place on the Net! A listserv for users and fans of Mac subportables.
