Okay... what I am thinking is that perhaps (!) U accidently installed a
version of Clarisworks that was meant for your host desktop?
When the two machines were connected and you started installing Clarisworks,
did U drag the installer application for CW over to the Powerbook Icon 1st,
or just open it from the dosktop's HD?
And what kind of desktop is it? PPC, Gx?
