I don't agree with your moral since I've had trouble with Airborne also.
There are thousands of detours that a package can take and many human
hands involved. We just have to accept that, when it comes to Powerbook
repairs, often half the battle is getting it there (and the other half is
getting it home). Lower your expectations, and be happy that they
usually find them eventually!
