I'm sure that all package delivery companies lose packages. My point,
written while this crap was all going on, was to not use Fedex, due to their
lack of customer support. In their defense, everyone I talked to apologized
and sympathized with me. Great, but I wanted my computer. Every time I
called back, I got a new person, and the person I dealt with before was
"unavailable"

I was real disappointed with their ability to get my package back.
Especially after they promised me repeatedly that they had it back.
