There was some discussion a week or so ago about slow booting 2400's.  I
wonder if someone could comment on these times:

00:00   Chimes
00:15   Hard Disk Spins up
00:25   Happy Mac
00:35   Mac OS9 Splash Screen
01:15   Appearance Manager loads, other extensions
02:00   Desktop begins loading
02:45   Desktop and startup items complete loading.

Seems awfully slow to me, particularly the 25 seconds till the Happy Mac
shows his face.
