OS 8.6, Newer G3/320, 80 megs memory, 1.3 Gig standard HD

00:12 Hard Disk Spins up
00:15 Happy Mac
00:25 Mac OS8.6 Screen
00:56 Appearance Manager loads
01.20 Extensions begin loading
01:44 Desktop begins loading
01:52 Desktop and startup items complete loading.

Mine seems to slow down a great deal when the extensions begin to load, but then I may 
be loading more of them than other people are.
