In that case, it's a bug in VAMPS, not in dvbcut. I tried it only with DVB streams cutted and written with the DVBcut DVD-multiplexer... BTW, many tools use internally VAMPS for the shrinking of DVDs and such an error should be already known.
The author of VAMPS means that the pack header of a DVD may not contain any stuffing bytes and that he has never seen any DVD with that (which of course is no argument),... Sven found nothing about that in his DVD/MPEG reference.
