Let me say some words about the current DVC shape. I use it every day for the tla and the hg backends. DVC provides all features that I need for every day work. Since we now use bzr for DVC hosting I use it sometimes also for bzr. And I evaluate bzr at work for a software project. So I will probably use bzr more often in the future. The lack of time and motivation is targeted to a needed update for the manual. At the moment it is easier for us developers to answer a specific question on our mailing list. The transition means that we added support for hg, bzr. But we have still the best support for tla/baz. So there are things that work only for tla/baz.
