psvn.el works very well - thats what I hear from my users.
It would be possible to support svn via DVC, since DVC is flexible
enough. But it is much work to provide all that svn specific stuff.

So in the next time don't expect anything like this from me.

But your thought brings up an interesting idea. I could write a DVC
layer on top of psvn.el to provide the most used DVC key bindings for
svn also. I think that is a nice long term goal.
