ESN would have to be rejiggered (or maybe the database writing on update.bml
would, I'm not exactly sure where the change would need to come), but if you
have a subscription to someone's tags, you only  a receive subscription
notice based on the tags that they originally post with, not based on tags
they add to the entry later.
