After visiting several DX ops, I am coming to see another side of the "where is MY QSL?" issue.

Some POSSIBLE reactions:

1. oh here is another American who wants something from the third world, and he wants it NOW.
2. ham radio is not my job.
3. I'll get around to it later.
4. maybe the postal guys stole it, or lost it, or ...
5. in the great scheme of things, a qsl is very small.
6. I really want to help, but there are so many other things to do.
7. I got the card and mailed mine back, but the USA guy forgot to put "USA" on his return envelop, or maybe included none, or maybe I could not read his writing, or.....

I firmly believe that no one OWES me a card.
