I firmly believe that no one OWES me a card.
I agree, except for hams who go on DXpeditions with the intent of
having other hams work a new one, and receiving cards and
contributions to that end.
I've never been stiffed on a DXpedition, but I'm really starting to
wonder about 4O3T. Yes, I resent to N7CQQ on Feb 10 and expect my
cards in the near future.
